Hour 1: 

Define Your 3Ws 

Your Content Foundation

Last week, we defined your offer. Now we’re turning it into content.


Think of this as your digital introduction.

These will become your pinned posts: the first things people see when they land on your page.


When someone visits your profile, they should immediately understand:


  • Who you are

  • What you do

  • Why it matters

1. Who You Are


Share who you are, what led you here, and what you care about in your work.


People connect with people—especially in local, community-driven spaces.


This could be:

  • Your background or experience

  • A moment that led you to start

  • What you value in your work


👉 The goal isn’t to impress—it’s to feel real and relatable.

2. What You Do


Keep it simple:


“I help ___ with ___ so they can ___”


This should be clear enough that someone immediately understands how you help.


If it’s too broad, people won’t see themselves in it.


👉 A good test: Would your ideal customer say,

“That’s exactly what I need”?

3. Why It Matters


This is what makes people care.


It’s the reason behind your work, not just what you do, but why it’s important.


This could be:

  • A problem you’ve experienced

  • A gap you noticed

  • The impact you want your work to have


👉 This is what builds trust quickly.

Would your ideal customer say,

“That’s exactly what I need”?

Hour 2-3: 

Create Your First Posts


Now that you’ve introduced your business. Time for your first posts.


Start with simple, value-driven content using a structure you can repeat.


👉 Problem → Tip → CTA


Example:


(Problem) Struggling to keep your plants alive in small apartments?

(Tip) Start with low-light plants like pothos.

(CTA) Save this for later or DM me if you need help.


Aim to create 2–3 posts like this.

You can also explore different types of beginner-friendly content:


  • Before and after — show results or transformations

  • Answering customer questions — things people always ask you

  • Simple tips or how-tos — something useful your audience can apply right away


👉 If you’ve explained it before, it can be turned into content.


This approach helps you build trust, show your expertise, and stay consistent.

Hour 1: 

Keep your visuals simple

You don’t need to be a designer to get started.


You can:

  • Use free Canva templates

  • Take photos with your phone

  • Share real moments from your work


Clear beats polished every time.

Write Simple, Human Captions


A good rule when writing captions:

✔ Clear

✔ Helpful

✔ Human


Your audience is busy—they’re scanning, not reading deeply.


Focus on being easy to understand rather than trying to sound perfect.

👉 Would someone understand what I do from this?


If yes, you’re on the right track.


Why This Matters


Content doesn’t need to be complicated—but it does need to be intentional.


When done right, your content:

  • Builds trust

  • Answers questions

  • Makes it easier for people to choose you
